MARCH FOR OUR LIVES & PRESIDENT OF THE MICHIGAN STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO HOST PRESS CONFERENCE DEMANDING SUPPORT OF MICHIGAN LEGISLATION TO END GUN VIOLENCE
LANSING, MI - March for Our Lives and Dr. Pamela L. Pugh, president of the Michigan State Board of Education will host a press event to call for swift legislative actions that will increase public safety and prevent future horrific tragedies that we’ve witnessed at Michigan State University and Oxford High School.
Members and supporters of the collaborative, including David Hogg of March for Our Lives, State Senator Rosemary Bayer (MI-13), AFT Michigan, representatives from Lansing and Michigan State University NAACP, Michigan Parent Alliance for Safe Schools (MiPASS), Black Lives Matter Michigan, and One Love Global will be speakers at the event.
