Our mission is to jettison false beliefs in a hierarchy of human value and to center racial equity in Metro Lansing. TRHT is a community-based process to plan for and bring about transformational and sustainable change, and to address the historic and contemporary effects of racism.

BLACK LIVES MATTER

BLM Michigan and BLM Lansing are official chapters of the Black Lives Matter Global Network. We embrace the BLM Guiding Principles and operate with Loving Engagement as our primary approach to achieve justice. 

MOVEMENT FOR BLACK LIVES

MI4BL and L4BL are state and local chapters of the national Movement for Black Lives. We are coalitions of Black-led organizations with policy objectives aimed at ending state-sanctioned violence against Black communities.
