Sarah develops One Love Global’s capacity and sustainability so we can grow deep and effectively advance our mission into the future.
 
Her work includes supporting One Love Global's racial equity coalitions and network organizing (TRHT, BLM MI Allyship), fundraising (Beloved Community Fund), operations, and communications. Sarah is especially interested in transformative change through emergent strategy, fostering a culture of healing and holistic care in organizing, and engaging white people in accountable allyship to BIPOC-led movements and collective action.

Sarah is an Advanced Practice Social Worker in Wisconsin and trained in mediation at the Social Justice Mediation Institute in Amherst, MA. She joined One Love Global in 2018 as a My Brother's Keeper/Girls Equity Network scholar while she studied Afrocentric social work and community organizing at the University of Michigan. She previously managed grant portfolios for anti-trafficking and social justice organizations in Washington, D.C. and Wisconsin.
 
Sarah grew up in Wisconsin and earned her B.A. in English and religious studies at Lawrence University. She is based in Milwaukee.
