As One Love Global's director of development, Lee D. Mays is focused on cultivating relationships and networks to support project innovation, expansion and sustainability. A former military intelligence officer, Lee has extensive experience in budget management, supervising and consulting. His military service includes deployment in Iraq where he oversaw a $3 million dollar facility and successfully lobbied for capital to initiate new projects and sustain existing projects. His work with youth has included program coordination and technical assistance for the Michigan Youth Challenge Academy. Lee is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Criminal Justice.
